Returns & Exchanges
To return a product you purchased from us, you can now
fill out our RMA Request Form. Please use this form if you
want to exchange or return a damaged or defective product.

Repairs

We offer expert repair services. We can repair your business
phone, phone system, voicemail and more. Just download our
repair sheet, fill it out, and send it in with your equipment.
Please note that you'll be responsible for payment of shipping
the equipment both ways. Return Merchandise Authorizations
(RMA) can only be done by phone at this time.
