Technical Support

Our valued customers receive free technical support by phone or email on any items purchased. If you are experiencing any problems with your equipment then contact our Technical Support Division toll-free at 1-800-564-8045 or by email at (include your invoice #, company name, and detailed description of the problem). Support by phone is only available from 8am to 4pm PST, Monday through Friday.
 

Returns & Exchanges

To return a product you purchased from us, you can now fill out our RMA Request Form. Please use this form if you want to exchange or return a damaged or defective product. Please read the Return Policies section of our policies before you submit an RMA.

Repairs

Is your phone system or business phone on the fritz? We offer expert repair services. We can repair your business phone, phone system, voicemail and more. Just download our repair sheet, fill it out, and send it in with your equipment. Please note that you'll be responsible for payment of shipping the equipment both ways. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) can only be done by phone at this time.
