The new Greenlee XFC Series of F-Style Compression Connectors and the 60807 Compression Crimping Tool are the perfect combination for weatherproof coax terminations. The combination of weatherproof compression connectors and crimping tool has become a popular solution for CATV, Digital Satellite, Security and Residential structured wiring installations. Traditional hex crimped connections can cause performance issues by allowing moisture migration along the cable and into the connector.

The patented (US 6,241,553) XFC Series provides a dual seal, making these connectors appropriate for use in either indoor or outdoor applications. The plastic sleeve provides external protection when it is compressed into the connector along the cable, and a rubber o-ring provides internal protection as it seals when the 7/16" nut is tightened to an F port. The plastic sleeves are color-coded to quickly determine which connector to use with a RG6, RG6 Quad-shield or RG59 cable.

The 60807 Compression Crimping Tool terminates most types of compression connectors with ease. The tool is fully adjustable to accommodate multiple connector types from an assortment of manufacturers. Crimping dies are supplied for terminating F-style and RCA connectors, with convenient storage for the extra parts built into the handle.
